Landscape Crew Leader

Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional overtime required
Location: Charlotte, NC 28206

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations while actively participating in landscape maintenance and installation tasks. This is a working supervisory role responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.

Direct and support crew members in completing tasks assigned by the Foreman and Manager

Supervise daily workflow to ensure productivity and quality standards are met

Mowing

Mulching

Sod installation

Planting

Irrigation work

Spraying applications as needed

Maintain a safe and organized job site

Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and needs

1–3 years of landscaping experience required

• NC or SC driver's license with a good driving record

Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred

Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example

Ability to follow directions and delegate tasks effectively

Knowledge of landscaping equipment and safety procedures

Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds repetitively

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods

This position offers consistent weekday hours and competitive pay based on experience.
