We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Permanent Quality Fiber Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of quality engineers in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Control, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, FTTH, FTTB, and Telecommunications. This role is pivotal in driving the quality of our fiber engineering projects and ensuring our company maintains its competitive edge in the market.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of fiber engineering quality.Work closely with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met across all stages of the fiber engineering process.Oversee the operations of the fiber engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Collaborate with the senior management team to set quality expectations and goals.Provide technical guidance and support to the quality engineering team.Monitor and report on the performance of the quality control system, producing data and reports on performance, measuring against set standards.Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly.Advise on changes and their implementation and provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.Proven experience in Quality Control, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, FTTH, FTTB.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading a team of quality engineers.Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using quality management software and tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.Interested in hearing more?
