Lab Technician

Our client, a leader in scientific research and quality control, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Research and Development Department supporting analytical and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Duration: 12 month contract

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical analyses and tests for research, development, or quality control of processes and products.

+ Assist in compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting test results accurately.

+ Follow established procedures and methods to ensure consistency and quality in testing.

+ Work collaboratively within a self-directed team to meet project goals and deadlines.

+ Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as SEM, EDS, and TOC analyzers, ensuring proper calibration and safety protocols.

** What's Needed?*

Experience with laboratory equipment such as SEM, EDS, and TOC analyzers is helpful.

+ Knowledge of water filtration, water treatment, and analysis techniques.

+ Good mechanical aptitude and skills, with specific training in inspection procedures or related product lines.

+ Proficiency in computer literacy, including data entry and report generation.

+ Strong communication and time management skills to coordinate tasks effectively.
