Job Overview

Quality Technician at Pro Mach – Works with production to ensure consistent quality, reports to the Quality Manager.

• Perform standard production parts testing four times per hour for accuracy and specification deviation.
• Inspect test equipment for proper usage and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and operators regarding production schedules and testing equipment.
• Clean and maintain test stations and ensure proper equipment.
• Fill out a "Shift Summary" report to facilitate smooth shift changes.
• Relay red flags to the incoming technician and Quality Manager.
• Sign (initial) and apply green stickers to completed pallets, indicating final inspections.
• Use print specs and QC Monster as the standard for quality decisions.
• Assist on quality R&D projects and gather production run information.
• Assist Process Engineer with defining process readings.
• Complete "First Piece" and "Defect Occurrence" articles for production starts and line stoppages.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous quality experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication and problem‑solving skills.
