Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Available for overtime if needed

Job Summary:
The QA Associate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance strategies, monitoring compliance, and ensuring that all products and services meet company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves auditing, training, reporting, and collaborating with other departments to maintain high-quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure products and services meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company specifications
- Track quality metrics, identify trends, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Work with other departments to ensure quality is integrated throughout the organization
- Prepare and present quality reports to management
- Analyze data, identify root causes of issues, and develop solutions to improve quality
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in quality control and documentation
- Utilize relevant software and tools to monitor and manage quality processes
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, departments, and management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with relevant software and QA tools
- Previous experience in QA or a manufacturing/production environment is preferred
