As our Quality & Safety Manager
, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification standards
. You’ll assess current practices, identify gaps, and implement robust systems that align with our corporate goals and core values:

- Develop and maintain the SQF Food Safety Management System and HACCP programs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and lead internal/external audits.
- Implement standardized processes for quality and safety across all operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Lead safety programs, including OSHA compliance and employee training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Proactive and confident in driving change.
- Strong knowledge of SQF standards
, HACCP, ISO, and OSHA regulations. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Skilled at building relationships and gaining buy-in across teams.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced 3PL environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Safety, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years in quality and safety roles within warehousing or food distribution.
- SQF Practitioner or HACCP certification preferred.
- HACCP plan verification:
100% adherence - OSHA recordable incident rate: < 2.0
- Completion of mandatory safety training:
100% of employees
