Quality Assurance Analyst

12 Months with possibilities of extension

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain Playwright-based automated test scripts for business processes and data validation.
• Validate collateral, lien position, UCC, and related data across multiple systems.
• Support data quality initiatives by identifying, analyzing, and reporting data discrepancies.
• Convert manual validation and UAT activities into automated testing solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis of data defects and process exceptions.
• Execute regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for application releases.
• Maintain automation assets and code repositories in Git Hub.
• Produce testing metrics, defect reports, and data quality dashboards.
• Partner with Operations and Product teams to improve controls and reduce manual effort.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience validating and analyzing business data.
• Experience using Git Hub or other version control platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and data flows.

• Experience with Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Collateral Management, Collateral Perfection, UCC filings, and lien position concepts.
• Experience with data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and exception management.
• Experience with database testing and validation using SQL.
• Experience with API testing and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
