Pay Rate: $53/hr - $57/hr

In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution while supporting the Employee Document Repository (EDR) product team. The role combines business execution, testing, reporting, and quality assurance responsibilities to ensure the successful delivery and support of enterprise document repository capabilities. You will work with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to develop test cases, execute testing, manage defects, and validate releases.

• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios based on user story acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and release validation testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with technology teams for resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support Agile delivery and release management activities, validating user stories against acceptance criteria.
• Perform data validation and analysis using SQL.
• Develop reporting and status updates for stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to support enhancements and releases.

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday, Service Now, SQL Server Management Studio (SQL), and Jira.
• Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, and test execution summaries.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience supporting HR, document management, or enterprise repository applications.
• Knowledge of release management and regression testing processes.
• Familiarity with test management and reporting methodologies.
