Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support the Employee Document Repository (EDR) product team at the Charlotte CIC location. The ideal candidate will possess strong testing, analytical, and reporting skills, with
hands-on experience using Workday, Service Now, SQL Server Management Studio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira
. This role requires active participation in Agile ceremonies, test planning and execution, defect management, and release validation activities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Hands-on experience with:
  • Workday
  • Service Now
  • Jira
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Power Point
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, and test execution summaries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting HR, document management, or enterprise repository applications.
  • Knowledge of release management and regression testing processes.
  • Familiarity with test management and reporting methodologies.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios based on user story acceptance criteria.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
  • Review and validate test cases with Product Owners and project stakeholders.
  • Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Resolve testing ambiguities and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Coordinate and execute regression testing for every release.
