QUALITY COORDINATOR
The Quality Coordinator supports the day-to-day quality activities at LESER USA, helping ensure that safety valves meet company and customer requirements before shipment. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone early-to-mid career in quality who wants to build a strong foundation in manufacturing quality systems, inspections, and documentation within a regulated, precision-driven environment.
- Support day-to-day activities of the quality management system.
- Inspect completed safety valves in the assembly area before final products are shipped.
- Assist with non-conformance tracking and help coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Help prepare for internal and customer quality audits.
- Communicate clearly with operating staff on quality procedures and expectations.
- Support data collection and basic reporting on quality performance.
- Help maintain compliance with company quality procedures and applicable standards.

- Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or inspection-related role. - Skills:
Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. - Work style:
Comfortable working on the shop floor and collaborating with production staff.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing inspection processes.
- Interest in pursuing ASQ certification (e.g., Certified Quality Inspector or Technician).
