QUALITY COORDINATOR

The Quality Coordinator supports the day-to-day quality activities at LESER USA, helping ensure that safety valves meet company and customer requirements before shipment. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone early-to-mid career in quality who wants to build a strong foundation in manufacturing quality systems, inspections, and documentation within a regulated, precision-driven environment.

  • Support day-to-day activities of the quality management system.
  • Inspect completed safety valves in the assembly area before final products are shipped.
  • Assist with non-conformance tracking and help coordinate corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
  • Help prepare for internal and customer quality audits.
  • Communicate clearly with operating staff on quality procedures and expectations.
  • Support data collection and basic reporting on quality performance.
  • Help maintain compliance with company quality procedures and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications — Required
  • Education:

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:

    1-3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or inspection-related role.
  • Skills:

    Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Work style:
    Comfortable working on the shop floor and collaborating with production staff.
Qualifications — Preferred
  • Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing inspection processes.
  • Interest in pursuing ASQ certification (e.g., Certified Quality Inspector or Technician).
