PAX Labs is seeking a Head of Product Quality to build, scale, and govern the QMS for its regulated hardware portfolio. You will own ISO 13485/9001 aligned processes, lead design controls, risk management, and regulatory readiness for EU MDR and US FDA contexts, and partner across Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
You will report to the CEO, have go/no-go release authority, drive CAPA programs, and mentor a growing quality team to ensure audit readiness and strategic quality
