Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? RGA Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Quality Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with some quality or manufacturing experience who are looking to build a long-term career in Quality Assurance. We provide training and opportunities for professional growth while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PMOvertime as needed
What You’ll DoPerform quality inspections and testing throughout the manufacturing process.
Verify products, materials, and packaging meet established quality standards.
Conduct routine quality checks using approved procedures and work instructions.
Collect, evaluate, and document product samples and test results.
Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns or non-conforming materials.
Assist in maintaining quality records, batch documentation, and audit-ready files.
Maintain laboratory and testing equipment, including routine cleaning and calibration.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Work closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to support operational excellence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
QualificationsPrevious quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of quality-related experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to follow procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential quality concerns.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with multiple departments.
Ability to learn new processes, testing methods, and quality systems.
Experience with inspections, documentation, and quality records is preferred.
