Sr Assoc Quality Auditor - Long Term Disability

This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of their assigned area(s) of responsibility. They are responsible for developing and conducting internal quality assurance and control reviews.

Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits to identify trends, performance gaps, and customer experience opportunities. Identify internal control weaknesses, process gaps, and business risks, including potential financial impacts. Recommend and support corrective actions to strengthen controls and improve outcomes. Analyze performance trends, audit results, and operational data to identify root causes and areas for improvement. Recommend process enhancements, procedural changes, and performance improvement strategies.

Identify training needs and develop solutions to address knowledge or skill gaps. Partner with leadership, finance, training, and operational teams to address identified risks and control deficiencies. Communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to key stakeholders. Monitor remediation efforts to ensure successful and sustainable resolution of issues. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for escalated quality and service-related concerns.

Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members. Develop, maintain, and deliver quality assurance documentation, training materials, and educational resources to improve performance and compliance.

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required) 3+ Years of LTD claims experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this role. (Required)

The pay range for this position is $59,250 - $94,800 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
