- Strong knowledge of construction quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC).
- Good understanding of infrastructure and road construction activities
. - Knowledge of IS, IRC, MORTH and relevant project specifications/standards
. - Ability to inspect and monitor earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, concrete, drainage, and other civil works
. - Experience in material inspection, sampling, testing, and quality documentation
. - Familiarity with ITP, Method Statements, Checklists, NCRs, MIRs, and inspection procedures
. - Ability to review drawings, specifications, test reports, and quality records.
- Knowledge of field and laboratory testing and interpretation of test results.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Good coordination skills with site teams, contractors, consultants, laboratories, and clients
. - Understanding of ISO 9001 / Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
- Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements
