This is an opportunity for a NC licensed real estate broker to affiliate with our Firm, have full use of our Midwood office in an on‑site role for a Real Estate Broker, and work with our team. We promise our training is hands‑on and curated to the current environment of the real estate business. Responsibilities include guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

The role involves marketing listings, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property showings, and building strong relationships with clients. The Real Estate Broker will also be expected to stay informed about local market trends and work effectively with other professionals in the real estate industry.

• Proven expertise in Real Estate and Brokerage with an active real estate license
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset

• Thorough understanding of Real Property markets and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
