• Seek out potential home buyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
• Hold open houses to build relationships with prospective home buyers and introduce them to their local real estate market.
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale.
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process.

• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success.
• Must have an active Real Estate License.
