This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at our Charlotte, NC location. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They will guide clients through the entire real estate process, provide market analysis, and negotiate contracts. The role also includes building and maintaining client relationships, staying informed about market trends, and conducting property assessments to align with clients’ needs and preferences.
Qualifications- A valid Real Estate License is required.
- Proficiency in Real Estate, including knowledge of market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and negotiate transactions effectively.
- Familiarity with Real Property concepts and processes related to residential and commercial transactions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Experience in the Charlotte, NC market is a plus.
- Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
