Summary

The Zahn Group is seeking a licensed Real Estate Advisor who is ready to take their business to the next level. If you have your license but feel like you are not operating at your full potential, this opportunity is designed to provide the structure, mentorship, and accountability needed to build a consistent, sustainable real estate business.

We serve clients throughout Charlotte, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Belmont, Waxhaw, Weddington, Concord, and Huntersville, with a strong reputation for superior customer service and repeat and referral business. As part of our team, you will implement proven systems for daily prospecting, database growth, CRM follow-up, client consultations, and contract management. You will participate in required training, team collaboration, and ongoing skill development focused on listings, negotiation, marketing, and long-term business growth.

This is a full-time, performance‑driven environment built for agents who are coachable, disciplined, and committed to building their own business within a supportive team structure. Responsibilities
  • Commit to full‑time engagement in building a residential real estate business within the Charlotte, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Belmont, Waxhaw, Weddington, Concord, and Huntersville markets
  • Complete PLACE Launch training and actively implement team systems for lead generation, client follow‑up, and business development
  • Prospect daily to grow and maintain a database of at least 200 contacts, converting conversations into appointments
  • Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally, maintaining team standards for communication and follow‑up
  • Track all contacts, tasks, and transactions accurately within the team CRM and technology platform
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses per month to generate new business and strengthen local market presence
  • Consult with buyers to secure signed buyer agreements, identify properties, and guide them through negotiations and contract execution
  • Consult with sellers to secure signed listing agreements, develop pricing strategies, and oversee marketing, staging, and launch preparation
  • Demonstrate market knowledge, pricing strategy expertise, and strong negotiation skills in every transaction
  • Participate in weekly script practice, required team meetings, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching
  • Uphold team standards for professionalism, accountability, communication, and client service
  • Contribute positively to team collaboration and support fellow agents in achieving collective goals
