Junior Real Estate Associate - New York City - 1-3 years - $175,000-$225,000 salary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Associate with experience in real estate acquisition, development, and/or finance.
The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate/construction financing, commercial lending, secondary market transactions, preferred equity, and corporate structures.

The Candidate
- Experienced Real Estate Associate with expertise varied Real Estate matters
- Experience in Acquisitions, development, and/or real estate finance
- Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to the NC bar
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
