Real Estate Associate - Mid Level

Real Estate practice group is seeking a mid-level associate to be based in the Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond or Atlanta office with 4 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. The ideal candidate will also have experience with real estate debt or equity matters. They will be confident and comfortable working with clients daily, will have an elevated attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents, collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and providing strategic legal guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing closing processes for real estate transactions.

The salary range for this position is $295,000 - $350,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.
