Responsibilities
  • Sr. Manager, Real Estate is responsible for the Company’s real estate portfolio, including the management of existing sites, new developments, and dispositions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of short and long-term real estate strategies to maximize value, drive cost efficiency, and ensure the portfolio supports business plans.
  • Lead internal teams (project managers, lease administrators) and external partners (brokers, contractors, architects) for strategic construction and facility projects.
  • Manage the capital and operating budgets of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Operations) and external parties to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Expected to be in the field 25-50% of the time to maintain relationships with field leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Project Management – Ability to balance a wide array of projects/tasks and meet key timelines.
  • Communication – Ability to keep internal and external parties abreast of the current state of a project or facility need.
  • Decision Making – Ability to make decisions on behalf of the company to maintain operational continuity while managing budget constraints.
  • Planning – Ability to plan to help the business make long-term strategic decisions (e.g., maintain a cadence of lease expiration discussions for the real estate portfolio).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge acquired through 3 to 5 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Operations, or Engineering preferred
