Clinical Research Associate Director

Clinical Research Associate Director-The Clinical Research Associate Director will provide scientific support across research and development and commercial programs. The Clinical Research Associate Director will work with cross-functional study teams on clinical trial strategy, design and execution and ensure Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) are followed. The incumbent will develop protocols, review trial data, contribute scientific expertise for ongoing research and contribute scientific expertise for researching.

The Clinical Research Associate Director will plan, direct and lead research and development time frames, budgets and resource analysis for clinical research and will participate in activities for business development from a research perspective. The Clinical Research Associate Director will design, implement, and monitor clinical research to ensure timely completion of studies. The incumbent will ensure that Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) are followed The incumbent will ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications include a veterinarian degree or PhD in Animal Science with 5+ years of relevant experience conducting clinical research. Additional qualifications include the ability to solve complex scientific problems and work effectively as a leader both internally and externally. The successful candidate should have the ability to work with scientists on cross-functional project teams and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
