Full Time Evening Kitchen Cook at Midas Hospitality

Location: Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an experienced Prep Cook to cook and prepare all food for the Aloft hotel guests. This role focuses on evening service, ensuring quality and timely preparation.

• Review menu and forecasting sheets to estimate food requirements and procure food from storage.
• Keep the line well-stocked with food, plates, and utensils.
• Neatly arrange all foods on plates.
• Maintain a clean kitchen at all times.
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures are observed.
• Set up the buffet within 5 minutes of scheduled opening.
• Prepare food for meetings and functions before serving times.

• Previous experience as a cook is required; experience in a hotel setting preferred.
