Server’s Assistants, Food Runners, and Support Employees are the quiet heroes of a restaurant and play a key role in the restaurant adding value to the overall guest experience. From supporting fellow members to facilitating a smooth and seamless experience for our Guests, this role demands that candidates possess a variety of skills.

• Assist servers with refilling beverages, running food and condiments as needed.
• Provide guests with exceptional service and a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and restrooms.
• Assist in setting and resetting tables for guests.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Take direction from servers and managers to prioritize tasks and meet guest needs.
