Ideal candidates will be comfortable working both on the floor to serve guests as well as reviewing data to lead their teams to achieve goals. We are seeking results oriented leaders who enjoy coaching others and leading with encouragement. Must have a desire to uphold restaurant policies and have the communications skills necessary to coach and lead disciplinary conversations. Able and willing to manage and create systems in the restaurant and lead by example with safety rules & clean work areas.

Restaurant leaders on our team should be effective at high-level business meetings as well as ground-level service with guests and team.

• 3 years of Leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Hospitality experience
• Experience building teams
• Success developing others
