Manage merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and staff development to deliver strong customer service and sales.;
Open/close store, manage keys/alarm codes, and fulfill 'Manager on Duty' responsibilities.;
Lead firearm safety, operations, and customer experience standards; oversee staffing and training.;
Promote programs (CLUB Membership, In-Store Pick-up) and resolve customer/associate issues.
