Provides visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.;
Walks the sales floor to identify potential theft indicators and address them as directed by Store Leadership.;
Partners with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage.;
Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating findings to leadership.;
Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.
