Assistant Produce Manager

The Fresh Market -  -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in managing department inventory, pricing integrity, training, and other operational processes requiring attention to detail;
Coordinate the ordering of produce items with the Produce-Floral Manager;
Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate information; make recommendations and accommodate requests;
Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and reduce shrink/damage; properly receiving/stocking with rotation standards;
Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job via internal training platform to provide excellent guest service
