Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to company policies;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures including securing money and deposits;
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store and manage returns/exchanges efficiently;
Ensure team members are clocking in/out according to policy and communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks
