Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and partner with Store Manager to execute in-store sales strategies;
Control payroll and supply budget and oversee basic operational activities (scheduling, inventories, opening/closing duties, time sheets, payroll accuracy);
Perform financial activities including cash handling, price changes, and merchandise handling, ensuring transaction accuracy and policy compliance;
Ensure compliance with laws, loss prevention policies, and operating procedures; conduct associate training to reinforce controls;
Develop a high performance culture, motivate sales team, and train COs on product knowledge and fulfillment activities
