As the Retail Experience Manager (RXM) at Fleet Feet, you’ll be at the heart of our store’s daily operations, leading with passion, supporting your team, and delivering a premium customer experience. This role is about much more than managing people and processes. You’ll be a mentor, motivator, and example of what it means to go above and beyond for customers and teammates alike.

Your presence on the sales floor will drive performance, nurture a high‑energy team culture, and contribute directly to the store’s overall success.

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates) to be customer‑first and goal‑oriented.
• Set expectations, provide real‑time feedback, recognize achievements, and support individual growth.
• Manage sales floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience.
• Address customer concerns with care and resolve challenges promptly and professionally.
• Cultivate a collaborative and high‑performance store environment through daily leadership and team engagement.
• Maintain consistent communication across team members to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm.
• Support and promote Fleet Feet’s events, programs, and community outreach efforts.

• Proven retail management experience, with a strong background in customer‑facing sales environments.
• A role model in delivering exceptional service with energy and empathy.
• Strong coaching, communication, and delegation skills.
• Comfortable managing inventory, schedules, and retail operations.
• Eager to develop yourself and others in a fast‑paced, people‑centered environment.
• Takes ownership of the team’s performance and the store’s results.
• Is able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting and carrying 25–50 lbs and working on your feet in a retail setting.
