Lead Visual Merchandising & Store

Summary

Lead the visual presentation and execution of merchandise and displays for the Charlotte Gallery. Partner with retail operations and design teams to maintain brand standards, drive customer experience, and support sales through compelling installations and merchandising strategies. Oversee on-floor styling, seasonal transitions, and local execution of national visual directives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain RH visual standards and merchandising directives across the gallery.
• Lead, train, and mentor visual merchandising team and collaborate with store leadership.
• Plan and execute seasonal resets, installations, and special displays on schedule.
• Coordinate with operations for fixture placement, inventory staging, and installation logistics.
• Monitor floor presentation, ensure displays are maintained, and optimize product flow to support sales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of visual merchandising or retail styling experience, preferably in home or lifestyle retail.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail and ability to interpret design standards.
• Ability to perform physical installation tasks and work a flexible schedule including weekends.
