Stock Associate - Southpark

Summary

The Stock Associate at the Charlotte South Park store supports day-to-day store operations by managing shipping and receiving, back stock organization, repairs processing, and store supplies. The role partners with store management to execute inventory counts, reconciliations, and visual merchandising standards while providing floor support as needed. The position helps maintain store presentation and oversees maintenance of fixtures and supplies.

• Oversee shipping and receiving and ensure accurate, timely processing of goods and inter-store transfers
• Maintain and replenish store supplies (bags, receipts, tissue, etc.)
• Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management
• Check in new merchandise and organize back stock for accessibility
• Execute monthly cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and negative on-hand resolution with management and Inventory Control
• Assist with visual display implementation and support the sales floor as needed
• Oversee daily store maintenance and coordinate fixture and facility repairs or needs

• 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail systems such as JDA
• Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and commercial awareness skills
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members and drive results
