Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader will lead cross-functional teams to deliver a luxury guest experience, drive sales results, and execute the RH design vision within the gallery. This role focuses on coaching and developing associates, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting hiring and HR matters in partnership with the People Team. The leader will represent the brand through polished communication and a strong command of the product assortment and design point of view.

• Lead, coach and develop gallery teams to promote engagement, accountability and a positive environment
• Represent the RH brand through professional appearance, communication and guest interactions
• Educate associates on product assortment and the RH design aesthetic
• Drive results through team empowerment, performance management and strategic execution
• Recruit and attract talent across gallery roles
• Manage complex priorities and partner with People Team to address HR concerns
• Embrace change and deliver results while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Proven organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams and individuals
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail and strategic agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending and other gallery floor tasks
