Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding service in our retail store. In this role, you'll advise students, parents, and educators on band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories. You will lead by example on the sales floor, support lesson enrollment, maintain merchandising standards, and handle basic POS and inventory tasks.

You'll collaborate with school service reps, uphold a friendly, student-focused environment, and help meet store performance goals while promoting music education in the community.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on instrument, rental, repair, and accessory options
• Drive sales to achieve individual and store performance goals
• Support lesson enrollment and promote music education offerings
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Maintain merchandising, merchandising standards, and product displays
• Operate POS system and handle cash, credit, and rental transactions
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and tagging
• Collaborate with school service representatives on student needs
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate repair service orders
• Model a student-focused, inclusive, and service-driven culture
