Retail Store Manager

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store
• Manage and develop a team
• Oversee merchandising and product launches
• Meet and exceed sales objectives
• Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with products and services
• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills while managing retail operations and a sales team. Proficient in planning, problem-solving, and familiar with telecommunications industry trends and systems.
