The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, helps them connect with appropriate associates, and supports service needs across the store.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
- Work in different areas of the store based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
- Connect clients with management to resolve escalated issues and follow up on customer requests.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting room experiences, and other client services.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
