Summary
The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the holiday season and helps deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role welcomes clients, identifies their needs, and connects them with appropriate services and associates.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with associates based on their service needs.
- Work across store areas as business needs require and process point-of-sale transactions.
- Address escalated issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on customer requests.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
- Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, and package carry-out or delivery.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
