Brand Ambassador - Charlotte Outlet

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This customer-focused role supports sales goals, maintains store standards, and contributes to an inclusive team environment.

• Provide excellent customer service and help meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Share product, fashion, and styling knowledge, and educate customers about available programs and resources.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide management with customer and product feedback.

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as business needs require.
