Shift Leader - Shift

For the Shift Leader position, we are looking for applicants with food service experience, great attitude, guest focused and available to open the store during the week. This shift starts at 6:30am and ends at 2:00pm (sometimes sooner, or later). This position has potential for advancement.

As a Shift Leader, you will be a brand ambassador, helping our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting delicious and nutritious smoothies and retail products.

• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business
• Microsoft Office knowledge required
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback
• Must be extremely reliable and dependable
