Position: Sales Consultant ($120K+ Storage Leasing Consultant)

Location:
Charlotte, North Carolina - travel required to other locations for future location launches

Compensation: Base salary plus performance bonus

OTE: $120,000 - $165,000 plus upside for faster lease up

About the Company:

Our client is a national real estate firm, specializing in the development of co‑warehousing and small‑bay industrial. They creatively adapt & reconfigure dated industrial and challenged properties into thriving hubs that support the surrounding small business community. Operating with a vertically integrated structure, they are able to ensure a high level of quality by offering all major service lines in‑house, including acquisitions, development, construction, finance, operations, marketing, and sales.

The Role:

This role supports the launch of a newly built location in Charlotte and plays a direct role in filling the building. You will own leasing for the location and act as the face of company in the local market.

This is not a desk role. You will spend the majority of your time onsite walking the property, conducting tours, engaging with local business owners, and converting interest into signed leases. Tours are booked for you, but you are also expected to go out and prospect.

  • Own all leasing activity for a new location, initially in Charlotte
  • Act as the face of the company in the local market, representing the brand onsite and in the community
  • Meet prospective tenants, run onsite tours, and understand each business’s space and operational needs
  • Guide prospects to the right unit and convert tours into signed leases
  • Drive the building to stabilized occupancy as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Spend the majority of your time onsite walking the property, conducting tours, and engaging with local business owners
  • Manage the leasing pipeline end to end, from first inquiry through signed agreement

Compensation: You will receive an annual base salary of $60,000
. The role begins with a three month probationary period, after which employment will become permanent subject to successful performance.

In addition, for every full month you beat the 12 month target, an additional USD 5,000 is added to the bonus.

Examples:

Fill in 12 months = $120,000 total compensation. Fill in 6 months = $150,000 total compensation. Fill in 3 months = $165,000 total compensation

There is no cap.
Faster lease up means higher earnings.

We’re looking for candidates who:
  • Have at least four years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, leasing, or services.
  • Comfortable prospecting, running tours and closing in person
  • Organized, self‑directed, and emotionally mature
  • Flexible to work around client schedules
