Overview
Autobell is launching a company to build next-generation technology for the car wash industry, combining hardware, software, and data to transform how car wash operators run their sites, serve customers, and grow their businesses. We will build, deploy, and learn in the field to directly shape the product.
The RoleWe’re hiring an Account Executive - SaaS who wants to be early, make an impact, and help define how a category-leading platform goes to market. This is not a churn-and-burn sales role. This is a chance to own a territory, build deep relationships with owner-operators, and sell a product that solves a massive industry pain point.

What You’ll Do- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, discover, demo, and close deals with owner-operators and multi-site groups.

Sell a SaaS platform focused on operational efficiency, throughput, and revenue performance. - Strategic Influence: Work directly with our founders to shape sales messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy.
- Field Presence: Represent the company at major industry events and trade shows (including The Car Wash Show).
- Feedback Loop: Your field insights will directly impact our product roadmap and strategy.
- A consultative seller who isn’t a script reader; you dig into data and operational metrics to build a real ROI case.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales experience (Vertical SaaS, Ops-tech, or Hospitality tech is a plus).
- Proven accountability and have a track record of meeting or exceeding quota, and maintaining high CRM discipline.
- Energized by early-stage environments with a builder mentality and the ambiguity that comes with growth.
- High upside: 1.5× accelerators beyond 100% of quota

- OTE: $100,000 – $120,000+ (10% commission on closed ARR)
- Accelerators: 1.5× commission beyond 100% of quota
