Partnered Management Group (PMG) is a consulting firm operating across Utah, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. We’re a hands‑on partner for small and mid‑sized businesses, covering project management, operations, and creative execution
This is a full‑cycle role responsible for building pipeline, closing deals, and strengthening client relationships. The Growth Lead will work directly with the Director of Strategy and play a central role in scaling the company’s revenue engine.
Role OverviewThis role combines business development strategy with sales execution. It requires initiative, accountability, and comfort operating in a growing organization.
- Develop and execute outbound and partnership strategies
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Run discovery calls and present solutions
- Negotiate and close service agreements
- Refine messaging and positioning based on market feedback
- Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns
- Build referral and strategic partnership channels
- Manage CRM, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
- Conduct discovery, proposal, and negotiation meetings
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to refine strategies and campaigns.
- Proven experience in full‑cycle B2B sales
- Experience selling consulting, agency, or service‑based offerings
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Systems‑oriented and comfortable using CRM tools
- Self‑directed and results‑focused
