As a Sales Representative at Club Pilates Charlotte, you'll play a vital role in helping locals discover the power of Pilates. This position is ideal for someone whos passionate about wellness, motivated by results, and excited to be part of a high-energy, supportive team. Your goal? Turn curiosity into commitment,introducing new members to our studio and showing them what's possible through Pilates.

• Proven skills in sales, communication, and customer service
• A goal-oriented mindset with experience or interest in selling memberships, retail, and training programs
• Familiarity with Club Ready software or a quick learning curve
• Confident communication in person, on the phone, and over email
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Tech-savviness and strong computer skills
  
  Availability for local outreach and community engagement events

• Manage the end-to-end sales process
  from lead generation to new member onboarding
• Conduct personalized studio tours
