Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Development Manager located in the Charlotte Metro area, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Area Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include building and managing relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and supporting a team of agents, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service and tailored solutions.

The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, coordinating training efforts, and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and coaching
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales strategy development
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
