This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Charlotte, NC. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing effective customer service practices. Additional tasks include prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, delivering training to team members and customers, and ensuring strong sales performance through strategic sales management.
Productive Territory Managers make over $100K per year.
- Proven ability in Communication and Customer Service to build strong client relationships effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including managing accounts and driving business growth
- Skills in Training and team leadership to inspire and guide others
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Prior experience in waste management, logistics, or related industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
