This role starts in Recruiting, where you learn:

• How deals actually get done.
• What makes a candidate say “yes”.
• Why clients trust us (plus why they don’t trust all firms).

Then, when you’re ready — and only when you’re ready — you move into Sales.

No guessing. No trial by fire. No empty promises.

• Are competitive, curious, and hate being average.
• Want a career, not just a job.
• Like talking to people, solving problems, and closing loops.
• Are coachable and actually want feedback that helps you grow.
• Care about results but equally about doing things the right way.

You do not need previous staffing experience, but that experience could be helpful.

However, you do need grit, accountability, and a growth mindset!

• Recruit and place high-quality professionals (not churn-and-burn).
• Learn how our sales, recruiting, and delivery engine work — end to end.
• Build real relationships with candidates and internal teammates.
• Get trained, coached, and challenged every week.
• Progress toward a clear promotion path into Sales.

This is a role where effort shows, growth is visible, and excuses die quickly.
