Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious individual to join our team as an LTL Account Executive. The primary responsibility of an LTL Account Executive is to identify high-volume Less-than-Truckload (LTL) opportunities, and build upon our current customer network.
Responsibilities:
- As a Less-than-Truckload (LTL) Account Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing the CRM to identify, call, and track prospects with high-volume LTL opportunities.
- Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations
- Build relationships with customers and be the main point of contact
- Understand market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to our customers
- Additional responsibilities as needed
- 2+ years of LTL logistics sales experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Confident decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
