If you have agent relationships across NC’s African communities, Omnex Group wants you leading our Uno Money Transfers expansion—with corridor profit‑sharing that rewards the business you build.
Omnex Group is a licensed money transmitter with 30+ years of experience and $20B+ in transfers worldwide. Through our brands—Uno Money Transfers, Share money®, Giromex, and Flexienvíos BHD—we serve families across 75+ countries. We’re now aggressively expanding our West Africa corridors and need senior sales talent to lead the charge.
The RoleYou’ll sell under the Uno Money Transfers brand, owning Omnex’s West Africa remittance business across North Carolina. You’ll leverage your network across Charlotte, Raleigh–Durham, and Greensboro—where West African communities are growing rapidly and remittance demand is underserved. This is not an entry‑level role—we want someone who can activate their existing agent network on Day 1.
What You’ll Do- Onboard your existing agent portfolio onto Omnex’s platform and drive revenue immediately
- Recruit new retail agents in West African communities (ethnic markets, grocers, check cashers, multi‑service shops)
- Train, support, and grow same‑store transaction volume through regular in‑person visits
- Monitor competitor pricing and corridor trends; feed market intelligence back to leadership
- Hit monthly/quarterly targets for revenue, new agent activations, and retention
- Represent Omnex at community events and cultural festivals
- 5+ years outside sales in money transfer, remittance, or fintech—West Africa corridor experience required
- An existing, transferable portfolio of retail agent relationships in North Carolina
- Track record of exceeding revenue and agent recruitment targets
- Deep knowledge of West African diaspora communities and remittance behaviors
- Multilingual preferred:
English required, plus Yoruba, Igbo, Twi, French, Krio, or other West African languages - Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 80% within territory
- Competitive base + commission + corridor profit‑sharing (you grow the corridor, you share in the upside)
