Floor is seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager for our Charlotte branch to lead all aspects of branch sales and customer service. The GSM will drive revenue performance by coaching sales staff, managing contractors, and delivering compelling sales training to groups and individuals.
The right candidate will excel at articulating sales strategy, conducting motivational meetings, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Travel within a 75-mile radius is required.
